Experience
During my early days in graduate school at DePaul I worked for pay as an independent tutor, mainly tutoring international students in English Grammar and Composition. I've also tutored high school students in Algebra. There's no greater satisfaction than to help someone else succeed and do better academically. As an ex-dropout I know what it's like to fail and be discouraged and so I perfectly know the importance of instilling confidence in my clients and explaining subjects in a way that they'll understand. I've taken a wide variety of math classes such as Algebra, Finite Math, Calculus, and even Differential Equations. English grammar and Composition and Technical Writing were all a part of the core requirements at East-West University. In 2007 I was selected as the class Valedictorian at East-West University and became the first Valedictorian in the history of the school to graduate with a 4.0 GPA. I was also the founder and president of the Chess Club and was a part of the Multi-Cultural Student Association.

I love playing chess (I'm not an expert but I think I'm ok). I love watching HGTV because I love to imagine how my dream house is going to look, I love Jeopardy and the History Channel, and I love the Bulls and the Bears.
